Hidden Mickeys in EPCOT

Finding Hidden Mickeys is a favorite activity of many Guests who spend time in Walt Disney World. Hidden Mickeys can be found everywhere from décor and design to artwork and architecture and can look like three classic circles, a silhouette, or even profile. Hidden Mickeys don’t even need to be Mickey- Guests can spot other hidden characters like Minnie, Donald, Tinkerbell, and more. What makes spotting Hidden Mickeys so fun is the varying levels of difficulty so that some are obvious, and others are extremely difficult to find. Let’s check out some of the best Hidden Mickeys to look for while enjoying a day in EPCOT!

Spaceship Earth

Many Guests love to head straight to Spaceship Earth when entering EPCOT and there are several Hidden Mickeys that can be spotted throughout the attraction. Guests should pay close attention during the Renaissance scene, particularly to the sleeping monk’s paper, the painter’s workspace, and shelves of scrolls.

The Seas with Nemo and Friends

Over in World Nature, Guests love to spend time exploring The Seas with Nemo and friends Pavilion which is home to an attraction of the same name as well as many beautiful exhibits. The second floor of the pavilion features a large viewing area that looks into an aquarium tank that is home to many different species of marine life. Guests who pay close attention to the floor of that tank can spot an arrangement of rocks that form a classic Hidden Mickey.

Soarin’ Around the World

Soarin’ Around the World brings Guests on an unforgettable hang-gliding adventure across the planet. Guests can dangle their feet over stunning locations and even spot some Hidden Mickeys along the way. Classic Hidden Mickeys can be spotted with three balloons in the Monument Valley scene as well as with fireworks over Spaceship Earth and EPCOT.

Living with the Land

Just across from Soarin’ Around the World is Living with the Land, a serene boat ride that Guests love. This attraction is full of Hidden Mickeys and Guests should pay close attention to specially shaped fruits and vegetables, heads of lettuce, a coiled hose, netting near some shrimp, test tubes, and more. Garden Grill Restaurant

One of the most difficult Hidden Mickeys in all of Walt Disney World can be found at Garden Grill Restaurant in The Land Pavilion. This slowly rotating restaurant brings Guests past a large mural that depicts many different types of plants and vegetation. Hidden amongst the greenery is a Hidden Mickey that is very difficult to spot!

Journey into Imagination with Figment

Figment is a beloved character in Walt Disney World, and Guests who spend time in EPCOT love to enjoy a ride on Journey into Imagination with Figment. While cruising through the Imagination Institute’s sight lab, Guests should be on the lookout for a classic Hidden Mickey on the whiteboard as well as one formed by a special pair of glasses.

Mission: SPACE

Mission: SPACE blasts Guests into the cosmos on two adventures that vary in intensity and destination. Whether Guests choose the Green Team or the Orange Team, they can spot a Hidden Mickey on the gangplank while waiting for the countdown to start for launch.

Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros

Moving into World Showcase, the Mexico Pavilion is home to the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros. This vibrant attraction follows Jose and Panchito as they look for Donald across Mexico. Just before the final concert, Guests can spot a boat on the left-hand side filled with flowers, decorations, and a Hidden Mickey.

Not far from the entrance to The Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros is a lush jungle that boasts an ancient pyramid as well as a smoking volcano. Guests who very carefully watch the smoke that steams out of the volcano can spot a very difficult Hidden Mickey every few minutes.

The American Adventure

The American Adventure is a dramatic and beautiful show that tells the story of the American people. Before moving into the large theater for the show, Guests wait in a large lobby filled with artwork. One photo displays a crowd gathered on Election Day and a Hidden Mickey can be found on a woman’s hat.

Morocco Pavilion

The Morocco Pavilion in World Showcase features charming and immersive streets to wander which include several shops. In the very front of the pavilion is a shop where Guests can spot a large and very visible Hidden Mickey on the door. This is a great one for kids to look for!
