The Walt Disney World Resort is home to hundreds of dining locations throughout the Disney Parks, Disney Resorts, and Disney Springs, including some amazing table service restaurants. While each table service restaurant features its own unique theme and menu, some are more upscale. Young Guests are welcome at any dining location throughout Walt Disney World, however there are some table service restaurants that are popular with kids. Cinderella’s Royal Table

Starting off the list is Cinderella’s Royal Table in the Magic Kingdom. Kids will feel like royalty as they step inside of Cinderella Castle to dine amongst stone archways, stained glass windows, and beautiful views of Fantasyland. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Cinderella’s Royal Table also features a rotation of Disney Princesses who greet Guests throughout each meal. With delicious cuisine fit for royalty and the chance to meet the princess, Cinderella’s Royal Table is a hit with kids.

Tusker House Restaurant

Tusker House Restaurant in Disney’s Animal Kingdom is a popular spot with both adults and kids. Guests dine in large rooms that are filled with artwork, artifacts, and more from Africa. Centrally located in the restaurant is a massive buffet that serves up a mix of traditional American options with African flavors, and Guests are welcome to enjoy as much as they would like. The real highlight of any meal at Tusker House Restaurant is meeting Mickey, Donald, Goofy, and Daisy who are decked out in their safari gear and even lead dance parties and parades through the tables.

T-REX

Disney Springs is home to T-REX, a unique table service restaurant that brings kids back to prehistoric times. Each room of the restaurant is fully immersive with lush jungle vegetation, animatronic dinosaurs, and changing elements including an ice cavern that changes colors. In addition to the themed rooms, kids can check out the Paleo Zone where interactive exhibits allow them to dig for fossils and learn more about their favorite dinosaurs. T-REX even makes the menu fun with silly menu items such as the Bronto Burger, Prehistoric Pasta, Meteor Meatloaf, and more.

Hollywood & Vine

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is home to Hollywood & Vine, a popular restaurant with Guests of all ages. Breakfast at the table service restaurant features the Disney Junior Pay n’ Dine where kids can meet favorite characters from popular shows including Doc McStuffins and Fancy Nancy. Lunch and dinner feature Minnie’s Seasonal Dining Parties where Guests can meet Minnie and the gang in their spring, Halloween, and Christmas outfits. Kids also love Hollywood & Vine for its massive buffet which features many tasty treats including a self-serve ice cream station!

Roundup Rodeo BBQ

Also found in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is a restaurant that brings the Toy Story universe to life. Roundup Rodeo BBQ immerses kids in the world of Woody and the gang and features vibrant decorations with favorite characters and toys. Throughout each meal, Andy can even be heard walking around nearby, prompting the servers to yell for everyone to freeze just like in the films. The menu at Rodeo Roundup BBQ focuses on hearty barbecue, and kids will enjoy options including BBQ Chicken – with Style!, Potato Barrels, Cupcake a la Forky, and more.

1900 Park Fare

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is home to many upscale table service restaurants as well as a popular option with kids. 1900 Park Fare is open for breakfast and dinner and invites Guests to dine with favorite characters including Tiana, Aladdin, Mirabel, and Cinderella. The restaurant features a large buffet which serves classic breakfast options including egg dishes, bacon, Mickey Waffles and more as well as themed options for dinner such as Tiana’s Gumbo with Spicy Andouille Sausage.

Chef Mickey’s

Chef Mickey’s is a classic table service restaurant in Disney’s Contemporary Resort which has been popular with Guests of all ages for many years. Located inside of the large A-frame lobby, Chef Mickey’s features an open-air dining area with vibrant accents and fun views of the monorail sailing by just above. Kids will love watching the monorail and meeting Chef Mickey himself as well as other favorite friends who often lead fun dance parties. Yet another buffet, Chef Mickey’s features plenty of options that are loved by both adults and children for breakfast and dinner each day.

‘Ohana

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort brings the charm of the South Seas to life and is home to ‘Ohana, an extremely popular table service restaurant. While open for dinner each night, it’s breakfast at ‘Ohana that is a great option for kids with the Best Friends Breakfast featuring Lilo & Stitch. The large, open dining room features tropical details and views out across Seven Seas Lagoon that kids can enjoy while meeting favorite characters from Lilo & Stitch. The family-style meal then features Mickey and Stitch Waffles, eggs, potatoes, ham, bacon, and more kid-friendly items.
