Most importantly, the theater is cool and dark and features cushioned seats where Guests can easily nod off during the twenty-eight-minute show.

Also found in World Showcase is Impressions de France. This immersive film showcases the beauty and diversity of France through a scenic tour set to music by classic French composers. Guests who need a quick nap can settle into comfortable theater chairs for the eighteen-minute show, but they must make sure that they are there for the correct presentation and not the alternating Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along!

Living with the Land

Living with the Land is a beloved attraction in World Nature that brings Guests on a serene boat ride through various environments and greenhouses. Like Living with the Land, Spaceship Earth is a gently moving attraction that shares the history of communication. While it is louder in nature, most of the sets that Guests move through are very dark making it a great place to close one’s eyes. Just be sure to stay awake for the photo in the very beginning or there might be some embarrassing memories to send home at the end!

Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival

The final spot that is a good option for napping in EPCOT is the Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival. Found just next to Journey Into Imagination with Figment, this series of animated shorts is presented inside of a comfortable theater. While the seats are cushioned and the air conditioning is pumping, some Guests might find it a little hard to nod off with bright and loud animation and several special effects in the 4D theater.
